Access to the Website

Access to this Website is provided on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website without notice.
We will not be liable if the Website is unavailable at any time.

Use of the Website

By using this Website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the Website

  • Not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website

  • Not to use false information when submitting enquiries or bookings

Booking & Deposits

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment bookings

  • Your booking is only confirmed once:

    • Deposit payment is received, and

    • Required forms are completed

The remaining balance is payable on or before your appointment date

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit

  • Missed appointments will also result in loss of deposit

A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Medical Questionnaire & Consent

All clients must complete a Medical Health Questionnaire and Consent Form prior to treatment.

Failure to:

  • Complete forms in time

  • Provide accurate information

may result in:

  • Refusal of treatment

  • Loss of any payments made

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure forms are completed before the appointment.

Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

  • You are deemed medically unsuitable

  • You arrive unwell

  • You have not completed required forms

In these cases, your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit will be retained.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced or cancelled.
If we are unable to proceed, this will be treated as a missed appointment.

Results Disclaimer

Results from treatments may vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Liability

We take all reasonable care to ensure a safe and professional service.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Individual reactions to treatments

  • Failure to follow aftercare advice

  • Outcomes outside of our control

Unexpected Circumstances

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Illness

  • Emergencies

We will always aim to rearrange at a mutually convenient time.
